What are your carriage fees?
Because your project is unique, we tailor our carriage fees to your project to ensure you get the best value possible. When you get a quote, your project advisor will inform you of your bespoke carriage agreement.
How can I order samples?
Yes, we would love to send you samples of the products you are thinking about purchasing. Make sure you speak to your sales advisor today to place your order. Or, order them online through our specification hub.
What are your delivery times
UK Mainland: delivery within 1-2 days.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, NI, and ROI: delivery within 4-5 days.
Bespoke items: delivery within 2-3 weeks.
Note: most deliveries are free of charge, apart from smaller consignments which will incur a nominal fee. Exports to Europe, the USA and the Middle East are arranged as required.
Where can I find product datasheets?
You can find the datasheets on the web page of the component. We do not supply specific system datasheets because each system is unique to you.
What is your installer network?
We supply the products, but we do not fit them. Instead, we have a network of approved installers we would be more than happy to put you in touch with to ensure you have the best team for the job.
What is your warranty period?
We are so confident in the lifespan of our systems that we back them up with our warranties. Systems in the non-combustible IGNO® range have a 30-year guarantee and a design life of over 60 years. This is valid only on a complete RYNO IGNO system. Other products may vary. Any products or systems installed must be done according to the recommendation of Ryno. Any product or system not installed as recommended will not be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee and life expectancy.
