The screened rooftop garden which sits atop the new Westfield M7 commercial office development offers outstanding views out over London's skyline.
The 1,395m2 'Level 76 Roof Garden' - named because of its height above sea level features an intricate pattern of granite in a range of finishes.
In December 2020, we were delighted to see M7 named the Principal winner in the Roof Garden (under £500K) category at National BALI Awards 2020. Congratulations to all involved for a job excellently done and a well-deserved win!
System Used
PaveRail™ substructure system from RynoPaveSupport was used across the terrace.
Comprised of super-strong aluminium joists which overlap to create a lattice framework, the system offers optimal levels of support.
With a build-up of over 400mm to finished floor level and high-levels of foot-traffic, PaveRail will stay completely rigid and keep slabs in place.
