Bayside Apartments is a stunning new development on Worthing’s seafront.
With a resident’s lounge, communal courtyard space and spa, Bayside truly makes the most of its incredible seafront home. Taking inspiration from the coast, ‘Bayside Vista’ – the 15 storey structure is enveloped in swooping balconies with wood-grain tile.
System Used
RPF Fixed-Head Paving Support Pedestals were used across the terraces to support the elegant plank paving tiles.
Flexibility
Pedestals accommodate all types of calibrated paving including concrete, granite and porcelain.
Tiles are loose-laid, so they can be quickly and simply lifted for maintenance access.
Bayside Apartments by Allies & Morrison was featured in the Architects’ Journal newsletter on May 12, 2023.
As Calvin Dalrymple, Specification Manager, stated, “It was a fantastic project to be involved with featuring the RYNO TerraSmart Pedestal system and 1200x300x20mm woodgrain style porcelain tiles. The views from these apartments are amazing“.
